Purpose Of The Job
Establish cost effective Project Management Office with supporting methodologies, process and working practices and the role holder will:
- Plan, manage and deliver a mix of simple and complex, short and longer-term projects that will significantly affect the Procera organisation delivering benefits to Procera and/or stakeholders. Evaluating situations using multiple sources of information, ensuring that project plans are sound, reporting on progress regularly and delivering to time, cost and quality specifications. Undertaking impact analysis for change related impacts and redefining plans to keep on track wherever possible.
- Proactively manage the execution of work transitions from/to existing Service Providers ensuring cost, quality and delivery timescales achieved, risks identified and mitigated and unplanned events rapidly impact analysed and solutions implemented to deliver to specifications.
- Deliver largely through a range of internal suppliers and stakeholders, however, will have some direct reports (subject to scale).
Minimum Qualifications And Experience
- Min 3 years-experience as a project manager operating in an operationally focused environment, ideally gained in a BPO or Contact Centre business.
- Experience of successfully delivering on work transitions (inward and outward).
- Project management qualification (PMP), or evidence of working towards it, and or equivalent experience as a project manager.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Conflict resolution experience.

Working Hours
Largely M-F 08:00 – 18:00 (some flexibility may be required) and largely office based.
