Our Client a leading multi office practice specialising in property, due to continued growth are now recruiting for experienced Senior Property Paralegal to join their Property department in Benfleet. The Role

Take instructions from clients
-
Dealing mainly with the sale of properties that are under order to be sold
-
Preparing contract pack
-
Chasing enquiries and progress on the matter to ensure a speedy exchange
-
Raising client enquiries with solicitors
-
Carry out all electronic ID checks, OS2 and Bankruptcy searches
-
Issuing contracts and dealing with any sale enquiries
-
Support in exchanging contracts and completion transactions
The Candidate
-
You will have at least 2 year’s residential property experience gained within a reputable law firm, Knowledge of conveyancing from start to finish along with new build experience would be preferred

Strong IT skills, experience with case management systems

Able to work to deadlines
-
Strong communication skills across all channels with developers, solicitors, lenders and clients
