We have a hospitality client who have various pubs across London that require experienced General Managers to run their venues.
Ideally you’ll have experience managing pubs and a creative mind to help deliver a great service.
Duties

Manage and oversee the venue operation

Deliver superior guest experiences

Plan and develop overall strategy

Entrepreneurial drive with a clear understanding of the current market

Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sale

Control costs and minimise waste

Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions when required
Required Skills
-
Three years minimum of management experience
-
Experience in General management of pubs
-
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
-
Critical thinker and problem solver
-
Good Financial management skills
