KBB Recruitment are seeking an Area Sales Manager to deliver growth and profitable sales, targeting kitchen retailers and showrooms whilst maintaining and developingexisting accounts.
This is a full time permanent postion paying upto £45,000 plus bonus DOE.
Your duties will include:

Delivering financial growth targets in line with company forecast

Achieving sales targets for both new and current customers

Preparing monthly information for 1-2-1s with the Sales Director, detailing success areas and opportunities for improvement and development

Forward planning all customer visits and detail them on the CRM system

Building relationships with customers, ensuring the retention and development of business, by providing the highest level of service

Analysing reports on your customers’ product sales and trends

Managing display product placement and the verification of product displays among your customer base

Negotiating rebate schemes with customers

Attending Sales meetings, new product launch programmes and exhibitions as required
Candidate specification:
-
Experience of business-to-business selling in the KBB sector
-
Proven experience of excellent sales and negotiation skills
-
Good knowledge of the commercial marketplace and ability to analyse trends to formulate strategies, tenders and negotiation techniques to win new business

Ability to influence, motivate and manage existing client relationships

OTE of approximately £65,000 including monthly commission and end of year bonus (based on £10K commission and a fixed bonus of £5K)

20 days + bank holidays (it does work out as more holidays as we shutdown for Christmas each year but the number of extra days varies depending on how Christmas falls)
