Scout recruiting has a great opportunity for a Food service Telesales Executive to join our client’s sales team. They are in Peterborough and you would be working for a small, busy and really lovely business.
Your role will be to build relationships and increase sales revenue to their existing Foodservice customer base. So, being able to build a good rapport with new and existing clients is key to this role.
This is a permanent full-time role. Monday to Friday 35 hoour working week 8.30 - 4.30. Basic salary is between £23,000 - £25,000 plus up to 6K commission on top. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional time off over christmas
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and grow sales into a specific, and growing, customer base through outbound and inbound sales calls
- To hit daily and weekly KPI’s
- To reactive dormant sites of existing clients
- To sell in a promotional deals per day during sales calls & raise awareness of new products.
- To update the client database with contact and site details.
- Monitor and respond to emails.
- To assist the senior sales team with new sales enquiries
- To meet weekly with the Sales Manager to discuss weekly sales performance.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience selling over the phone
- Customer service experience
- Ability to build customer relationships
- Attention to detail
- Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
