Position: Associate Solicitor – Commercial Litigation
Location: Manchester City Centre
Compensation: Negotiable up to £75k DOE and PQE level
Profile: Qualified associate solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial dispute resolution to manage cases and support our team of senior fee earners, trainees, and administrative staff.
Responsibilities:

Client liaison and case analysis

Timely response to client queries

Precise communication with involved parties

Drafting and reviewing case documents

Managing own cases in compliance with procedures

Supporting senior fee earners on complex matters

Coordinating with administrative team

Attending Court/Tribunal

Collaborating with Counsel and experts

Contributing to team targets and business development
Requirements:

Qualified Associate Solicitor

Expertise in commercial dispute resolution and ADR

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail and case management

Team player with initiative

Client-focused and commercially aware

Knowledge of insolvency disputes would be beneficial
