Key responsibilities:

Providing a high quality and professional service to clients

Working on the Acturis system

Building strong key relationships to fully understand the needs of the client and identifying the most effective cover for their risk

Prepping documentation ahead of renewals

Renewal meetings and handling pre-renewal in a timely manner

Ensuring that all documentation is recorded accurately on the system

Keeping up to date with market conditions and changes in regulatory framework
