You will enjoy supporting the consultancy team in:

Project delivery,

Conducting building surveys and site inspections,

Developing schedules of work and specifications and fund monitoring

Collaboration with external clients and consult teams.
Key Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication

Red Book Valuation report expertise

MRICS with 3 years PQE

Strong client facing skills

Highly motivated with excellent workload management abilities
