We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Engineer to provide maintenance and installation services to our clients across UK. Experience of thermal and inkjet printers is beneficial but not essential as first-rate manufacturer and in-house training will be provided. You will need good customer service and communication skills and an eagerness to learn.

Role and responsibilities:

Providing maintenance and installation services

Troubleshooting and repair of hardware.

Updating assigned jobs via smart phone

Adherence to service level agreements to all customers across the region

Management of supplied tools and parts to a high accuracy

Education and experience:

Certification relating to Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Networking or software capabilities

Good standard of secondary level education

Good level Microsoft Word and Excel

Expert knowledge of technical products, ideally within continuous inkjet technology

Full Driving Licence
