Our client, a world leader in their field, is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join their HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) department. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative shipyard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage permit to work systems.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections and audits.
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
- Provide guidance and support on all health and safety matters to employees and contractors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NEBOSH National General Certificate.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in a shipyard or similar industrial environment is highly advantageous.
