Managing the Sales & Marketing function of the branch; Calling on all major customers; Developing new business; Achieving all budget objectives; Ensuring updated price list and selling process with branch manager; Good product knowledge and understanding of application; Growing the sales for the branch year on year; Leading a sales team; imparting knowledge and skills to grow junior sales reps and internal sales ; Performance managing sales team for growth; developing staff and team ; Working hand in hand with the Branch Manager for the success of the branch and the region; Grade 12/or equivalent qualification; Appropriate Sales and Marketing diploma/or B Degree;8-10 years sales and marketing management exposure; It will be an advantage if you understand a manufacturing /or converting/Jobbing environment; Any exposure to close cell foam/or plastics will be great; Able to grow the business would be essential and growing the market for use and application of materials then also directing/managing and aligning staff/team to sell aggressively in various market/segments and industries aligned with the organisation.
