Communication with clients (verbal and written in person, via email or phone) Create invoices on Sage Administration of client accounts Stock control Processing orders from clients, allocating stock for deliveries Scheduling deliveries to clients for smaller orders with company vehicle. Arranging courier services for bigger orders Day-to-day administrative tasks Assisting Directors as required Senior Certificate or Administrative related Certificate or Diploma Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position Bilingual Afrikaans and English Drivers licence and own transport Good organisational skills Computer literate including knowledge of Sage
