The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, retaining existing clients, and promoting car rental/fleet lease services to businesses and individuals. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship building, and a proactive and creative approach to achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Generation Identify and target potential customers, including businesses, travel agencies, and individual clients. Promote car rental services and packages to meet customer needs. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. 3. Market Research and Analysis Research and analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs using data analysis technology and AI interfaces to CRM platforms. Provide feedback to management on potential areas for growth and improvement. 4. Business Development Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with corporate, private and public sector clients and partners. 5. Administrative Duties Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system (pipelines). Submit regular reports to management on sales performance and client activity. 6. Team Collaboration Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery for clients. Provide input to marketing initiatives to align campaigns with sales objectives. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications Proven CURRENT sales track record in car rental or FML business. A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Key Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
