Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join their Solutions Team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving improvements and creating efficiencies through digitalisation and process improvements. As part of a small team, this role requires a dynamic individual who can wear multiple hats and is comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders. · Relevant university degree (Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Engineering). · Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digitalization and process improvement. · Proven track record of successful project management and implementation of business solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
