We are currently seeking a skilled Feature Analyst to join my client's delivery team on a contract basis. As a Feature Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and translating business needs into functional requirements, supporting Agile development, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Qualifications and Requirements : Proven experience as a Feature Analyst or Business Analyst , with a strong focus on Digital Projects and Rewards programs . Solid background in Agile methodology and business analysis, with a demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements to drive project outcomes. Relevant certifications in Business Analysis and Agile (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) , Diploma in Business Analysis (FTI) , SAFe , Scrum , or equivalent). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools. Application Development Project Feature and User Story Development(inclusive of Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done) Stakeholder Management(Communication plan and stakeholder chart) Elicitation workshops(multiple stakeholder sessions 7 or more people) Test Case creation Testing Applications Data Analysis - interpret data sets, identify trends, and extract insights to support business goals Figma Financial Services Experience
