Duties and Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Design scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Ensure the delivered software satisfies the business requirements

Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst role.
- Prior experience in a Software Developer or Business Analyst Role.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design principles.
- Automotive or logistics industry experience.
- Background in large-scale SaaS applications.
- Agile (especially Scrum) experience.
Desired Skills
- Refine user stories and use cases.
- Create Entity Relationship Diagrams and other design documents.
- Propose database structures and other architectural elements.
- Write high-level software development specifications.
- Assist with design of acceptance tests.
