Plan, develop and implement new systems to enhance existing processes. Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of implemented solutions. Manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders and engineers to support the delivery of a project, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met. Design and implement system integrations to ensure smooth communication between different software platforms and tools. Translate data into informative reports and use visuals to draw out insights, supporting the business with making data-driven decisions. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Industrial, Agricultural and other related fields. Minimum of 3 years' experience within engineering, preferably within agriculture or food production industries. Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and process optimization. Proficiency with engineering tools and software Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
