A specialist manufacturer is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing and provide vital HR administrative support in the Western Cape . In this role, you will oversee payroll for 100-200 employees, manage third-party payments, maintain employee records, and handle tax submissions, UIF, PAYE, and SDL reconciliations. You will also assist with employee welfare initiatives, training, and compliance with legislative changes. Proficiency in VIP or Pastel payroll systems, exceptional MS Office skills, and knowledge of accounting principles are essential. To qualify, you must have a minimum of Matric or an NQF equivalent with accounting as a subject. A tertiary qualification in payroll administration is required, and a certification in accounting will be an added advantage.
