Key Purpose : Develop PC IAM sales in Southern African region. Provide Sales support to grow our product footprint with all lines of business as required.
Job Description
Your main tasks as a Technical Sales Representative are:
- Develop business relationships with IAM customers to promote the sale of ZF Aftermarket parts.
- Achieve sales budgets as set by the Company for all respective customers.
- Gather market intelligence.
- Manage distributor/customer sales.
- Conduct product training with a focus on features, advantages, and benefits of all products.
- Make sales calls on trade customers, promoting ZF Aftermarket brands product offer.
- Identify sales opportunities and potential leads.
- Identify customers' technical requirements and recommend our products.
Your profile as a Technical Sales Representative:
- Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification e.g., Degree in Business Management, Engineering or similar Tertiary education.
- Commercial and Technical background in Automotive industry.
- At least 5 years’ sales experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry.
- Valid code driver’s license.
- Proficiency with MS Office Packages.
- Good communication skills, relationship building, and experience in customer liaison.
- Strong negotiation skills.
