Property Rental Administrator (Contract) - Head Office, Cape Town
We need an ambitious, responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual, with an ability to handle pressure to fill the following new contract vacancy that exists in the Property Department at Head Office in Cape Town.
The successful candidate should have the following:
- Matric with Maths or Accountancy/Economics
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- General Office administration
- Strong Communication Skills (verbal & written at all levels)
- Ability to work well under pressure – deadline driven
- Accuracy
- Team player
- Independent and analytical thinker
- Accounts knowledge
Key Functions:
- Administer a portfolio of rental and electricity payments
- Reconcile accounts & follow-up with Landlords/managing agents
- Office Administration to include MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Invoice capturing
- Accounts Processing
- General Administration
Advantageous:
- Suitable tertiary qualification an advantage
- Creditor’s experience preferably in the Retail industry
- MCBA an advantage
- Potential for full-time employment
