Introduction:
The National Sea Rescue Institute is looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead the face-to-face fundraising team in Cape Town, working in shopping centres and at various venues and events nationwide.
The NSRI has 50+ stations, satellite stations and Lifeguard premises across a volunteer network spanning 1500+ volunteers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the fundraising team.
- Coordinate fundraising activities in shopping centres and events.
- Ensure targets are met and strategies are implemented effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
