In this role, the successful candidate will handle the bookkeeping up to trial balance on Xero Accounting, efficiently manage diaries and calendars, and take care of essential administrative tasks like filing and maintaining records. You'll also oversee office stock and supplies to keep everything running smoothly, perform receptionist duties to ensure a warm and professional first impression, and assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and internal communication.
