Whats the role? You will be responsible for: Monitoring the diary. Co-ordination of jobs, process flow between departments, and status management against determined deadlines. Co-ordinating and collaborating with the teams to ensure deadlines are met. Create a deadline based workflow, allocate tasks, follow up with the members of staff to create a workflow deadline and manage this process. Help the team prioritize. Contact clients to follow up where necessary. Run the weekly team meetings. Who are you? You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. You are punctual and reliable. You have the ability to chair weekly meetings. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills . You have a good command of both written and verbal in the English language. You have the ability to multitask and help where necessary. Boxes to tick Matric Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom would be a bonus. You have experience in traffic co-ordination within a deadline based workplace.
