Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in SAGE X3 functionality, including configuration, integration, and customization. Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes, particularly as they relate to ERP systems. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to challenges. Additional Skills: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Projects) Understanding of IT infrastructure requirements for on-premise ERP systems is a plus
