Hire Resolve's Client is seeking to hire a Internal Sales Rep to join their team. The Internal Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in supporting the companys sales activities by engaging with customers, managing inquiries, and processing orders. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to maintain customer satisfaction and support sales growth. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions. Provide technical or product information to customers as needed. Sales Support Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Generate and follow up on quotes, ensuring timely responses to customers. Assist in identifying customer needs and upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order details in the CRM system. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding pricing, delivery, and returns. Prepare sales reports and forecasts as requested by the Sales Manager. Collaboration Coordinate with external sales representatives and other departments (e.g., logistics, accounts, and marketing) to ensure seamless customer service. Support the Sales Manager in achieving team sales targets. Requirements Qualifications Matric Certificate or equivalent (essential). A qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (advantageous). Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in an internal sales or customer service role. Knowledge of (industry-specific (import and export wholesale) products/services) is an advantage. Skills and Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
