Job Title: Secretary

Working Pattern: Part-Time (9am - 2pm, Monday to Friday) Office Based
Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is seeking a motivated Secretary to join their team. This role is perfect for working around school hours !
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and correspondence for two senior team members.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office by providing administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Collaborate with other team members to organise and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist with financial matters, such as processing invoices.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, prioritising and responding in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism.
- Producing typed documents from audio dictation.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and keeping the office area clean and organised.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professionalism and confidentiality are essential.
- A typing speed of 45 words per minute.
