Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?
- Raise Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt, to match invoices
- Manage the GRIR (goods receipt/invoice receipt) Process
- Maintain PO Compliance for the site
- Dealing with purchase ledger and sales ledger invoice queries with the assistance of stakeholders
- Conduct weekly and monthly Supplier Invoicing
- Maintain databases used for the Management Accounts purposes
- Data collection & reconciliation to support projects
- Assist with Payroll processing and Purchase Card reconciliations
What are we looking for?
- Entry Level position with ideally experience working in the financial sector
- Strong organisation skills to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed with set deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google sheets and applications
- Workday knowledge would be an advantage
- GCSE (5 A-C to include Maths & English)
- Studying or applying to study AAT
