Campaign Operations Manager
Location: Bolton
Salary: £43,775 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm)
Multitask Personnel is proud to be partnering with a leading utilities provider that supplies, installs and maintains gas, electric and SMART meters on behalf of energy suppliers. As part of their continued growth, we are looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to join their dynamic team based in Bolton.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of five, including campaign analysts, to maximise development and performance.
• Create and implement campaign strategies that align with business KPIs.
• Manage process improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Drive customer engagement and improve customer journeys.
• Analyse and present performance data to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Challenge existing processes to enhance customer experiences and improve conversions.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and uphold the company s brand reputation.
• Maximise performance for both field and contact centre operations.
Skills and Experience Required
• Proven experience in leading a team and driving development.
• Previous experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong process improvement knowledge and attention to detail.
• Data-driven leader with excellent analytical skills.
• Experience in contact centre environments is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Travel Requirements
While the role is based at the Bolton office, you will be required to travel to other national offices once per month, including sites in Doncaster, Glasgow, and Newmarket. Occasional client visits may also be required.
