Deliver exceptional guest experiences, consistently exceeding expectations. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as an F&B Manager, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining setting. Extensive knowledge of wines, wine pairing, and cellar management. Certification in wine education (e.g., WSET Level 3 or above, Sommelier Certification) is highly desirable. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
