Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management efficiently. Oversee and assist with lodge hosting duties to enhance guest experiences. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the lodge. Manage and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a five-star lodge or hospitality setting. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications. A warm and approachable personality with a guest-centric mindset. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
