Key Responsibilities: Banqueting Coordination Plan and coordinate all banquet and event activities, from initial inquiry to execution. Liaise with guests to understand their requirements and ensure personalized service. Collaborate with the culinary, F&B, and operations teams to execute flawless events. Manage event logistics, including setups, timelines, and guest preferences. Ensure all events meet the lodge's high service and quality standards. Reservations Management Manage all lodge reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes. Respond to inquiries and communicate with guests professionally and promptly. Maintain an up-to-date reservation system and manage availability. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Handle special requests, cancellations, and adjustments to reservations. Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in reservation and property management systems (e.g., Opera, Protel). Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of banqueting and event logistics is essential.
