Our company is looking for a Secretarial Administrator to provide company sectorial administrative support to the Affinity Group of Companies Secretariat. Key Tasks: · Full management of all statutory meeting preparation, packs and record keeping. · Supporting the digitising of current and historical statutory records. · Communicating deadlines and follow through on receipt of information. · Provide support to Executives and Directors as required. · Serve as a support function to the Company Secretary, · Facilitate meetings, travel and catering arrangements for Board members. · Ad hoc duties and project work from time to time Essential Qualifications: · Legal qualification or equivalent. · Business Administration or equivalent. Desirable Qualifications: · Completed Chartered Secretary Foundational qualification with CGISA or similar -f ull MS Office Knowledge & Skills: Strong organisation skills Attention to detail. High standard of accuracy. Ability to function appropriately at board and committee level. Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills. Exceptional organisational skills. The ability to manage and prioritise assigned workload.
