A leading Retail organisation has a vacancy for a Beauty Department Manager within the Pretoria Branch. Responsible for stock managment disciplines, stock losses and shrinkage at store level. Recruit, develop, train and lead a competent and motivated beauty team. Manage sales activities on a day to day basis. Manage the commission process. Maximise promotional sales through effective planning and implementation of promotions and special events in conjuntion with beauty brand houses. Build effective relationships wih Representatives from the Brand Houses. Provide input into the stores operating plan. Housekeeping. Matric. Diploma or relevant qualification. Experience in managing a team for a Beauty Counter, Beauty Department of Store. Have a passion for Brand and Customers. Excellent Customer service orientation. Strong management and people skills. Ability to drive sales and targets.
