Posisieligging: Klerksoord, Pretoria Noord Salaris: R25 000 R30 000 PM CTC Voodele: 13de Tjek (nie gewaarborg), Begrafnisvoordeel Die Persoonlike Assistent (PA) sal verantwoordelik wees vir die daaglikse bestuur van die Besturende Direkteur (BD) se professionele en persoonlike verpligtinge. Die doel is om die BD se tyd optimaal te benut deur administratiewe ondersteuning te bied, projekte te bestuur en as 'n vertroulike skakel op te tree. Kwalifikasies en Ervaring: Graad 12 (vereis). Diploma in Kantooradministrasie / Besigheidsadministrasie / Sekretariële Ondersteuning (voordeel). 3 5 jaar administratiewe ondersteuningservaring. Minimum 2 3 jaar ervaring as uitvoerende assistent. Vereiste Kennis: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Pastel (rekeningkunde en salaris) (voordeel). Dagboek- en tydsbestuur. Vereiste Vaardighede: Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede (mondelings, geskrewe, telefoon). Vermoë om onder druk en sperdatums te werk. Sterk aandag aan detail, akkuraatheid en selfversekerdheid. Rekenaarvaardigheid met innovasie in administrasie. Eerlik, betroubaar en span-georiënteerd. Verantwoordelikhede: Administratiewe Ondersteuning: Bestuur die BD se daaglikse kantoortake en kalenders. Berei agtergrond dokumente, uitgaande pos en korrespondensie voor. Monitor, sif en reageer op inkomende kommunikasie. Vergaderings en Rekords: Koördineer vergaderings, transkribeer notules en versprei dit. Hersien verslae, som op en stel aanbiedings saam. Verseker akkurate rekords en databasis instandhouding. Projek- en Tydbestuur: Prioritiseer en bestuur verskeie projekte gelyktydig. Verseker dat sperdatums nagekom word. Salaris en Finansies: Hanteer die Hoofkantoor se salaris (±35 mense). Laai betalings vir vrystelling en hanteer versekerings eise. Reis- en Logistiekbestuur: Reël reisbesprekings, vlugte, verblyf en motorhuur vir die BD. Stel gedetailleerde reisplanne op vir professionele en persoonlike reise. Kommunikasie: Handhaaf vertroulike kommunikasie intern en ekstern. Tree op as skakel vir die BD by belangrike navrae en samewerking. Korporatiewe Geleenthede: Organiseer en bestuur geleenthede en aktiwiteite in samewerking met ander spanlede. Position Location: Klerksoord, Pretoria North Salary: R25,000 R30,000 PM CTC Benefits: 13th Check (not guaranteed), Funeral Benefit The Personal Assistant (PA) will be responsible for managing the professional and personal responsibilities of the Managing Director (MD) on a daily basis. The goal is to optimize the MD's time by providing administrative support, managing projects, and acting as a trusted liaison. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Grade 12 (required). Diploma in Office Administration / Business Administration / Secretarial Support (advantageous). 35 years of administrative support experience. At least 23 years of experience as an executive assistant. Required Knowledge: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Pastel (accounting and payroll) (advantageous). Calendar and time management. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and telephone). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidence. Advanced computer skills with innovative administrative capabilities. Honest, reliable, and team-oriented. Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage the MDs daily office tasks and calendars. Prepare background documents, outgoing correspondence, and mail. Monitor, filter, and respond to incoming communications. Meetings and Records: Coordinate meetings, transcribe minutes, and distribute them. Review reports, summarize findings, and prepare presentations. Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain databases. Project and Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure deadlines are consistently met. Payroll and Finance: Handle payroll for the Head Office (±35 employees). Upload payments for approval and manage insurance claims. Travel and Logistics Management: Arrange travel bookings, flights, accommodations, and car rentals for the MD. Prepare detailed travel itineraries for professional and personal trips. Communication: Maintain confidential internal and external communications. Act as a liaison for the MD on key inquiries and collaborations. Corporate Events: Organize and manage events and activities in collaboration with other team members. The role requires an adaptable individual who can quickly understand and align with the Managing Directors work style and priorities. This is a dynamic position that demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
