Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) as a basic qualification. Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. 5 years experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment. 10 years experience in injection moulding and plastics production. Strong leadership abilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
