A vacancy exists within the Human Capital Department in Bellville, for a person who works well with others, who has initiative, drive and who can work under pressure. Reporting to the Human Capital Executive the primary purpose of the position is to support, guide, and advise BU Heads and managers on all HC-related matters. Facilitate HC practices at all levels of Business Units. Execute HC strategy to strengthen company culture and employee experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support Business Unit Heads and Managers Effective management of talent acquisition Implementation and monitoring of talent management practices Implementation of performance management practice Identification and implementation of L&D initiatives Effective management of IR/ER Devise action plans with BU heads and managers to improve company culture and employee engagement HR/Benefits administration and reporting Employee engagement QUALIFICATIONS NDip/BTech/BA/BSocSci in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology Drivers License EXPERIENCE 5 years as a HC Officer/ Practitioner Labour legislation knowledge and experience Recruitment and Selection Experience Exposure to Sage/VIP beneficial Employee benefits administration knowledge beneficial Industry collective bargaining/agreement knowledge beneficial Proficiency in MS Office Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application as unsuccessful
