What You’ll Do
- Oversee projects from concept to construction, managing design, budgets, schedules, and teams.
- Coordinate architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to world-class quality standards.
- Apply international experience and innovative problem-solving to drive success.
What You’ll Need
- Qualifications : Grade 12 (NQF 4) and a diploma/degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience : 3+ years managing construction, engineering, or solar installation projects; luxury hospitality experience is a plus.
- Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Tracking Software, and budget management.
- Extras : International project experience and SACPCMP registration (or equivalent), must have a valid passport
