We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant with a strong background in South African Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementations, with specific expertise in South African Payroll. This role involves delivering a payroll solution with a focus on payroll compliance in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
- Provide expert guidance on South African Payroll, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP SuccessFactors to meet specific business needs.
- Oversee the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other HR and financial systems, ensuring smooth data flow and accuracy, particularly related to payroll and benefits.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide post-implementation support to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams, ensuring they are equipped to manage and operate the system independently.
- Collaborate with other SAP consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP HCM implementations and support, with a deep understanding of South African Payroll processes.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central and Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of South African tax, UIF, and other payroll-related legislation.
- Proven experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors for South African clients, including payroll-related integrations and reporting.
- In-depth understanding of the full SAP SuccessFactors life cycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, etc.) is required.
