We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management. Roles and Duties of Project Manager
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, clients, or team members.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and setting project priorities.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust project plans.
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
- Manage project budgets and resources, tracking expenses and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications for Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and communication.
Preferred Skills for Project Manager
