Project Lead At Point Group, we are seeking an experienced
Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and at the desired quality.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a similar role and/or industry, with a proven track record of success in stakeholder engagement, fulfilment, operational execution, market research, risk management, and client retention. A diploma and/or certification in a related field is also required. Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead project life cycles by consulting, planning, budgeting, and tracking fulfilment against agreed schedules.
- Collaborate with customers, category specialists, and supply partners to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Manage risks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
