This hard-hitting civil outfit is looking for their next Experienced Drainage Foreman to step up and take control of their own projects - Deep drainage, storm water, and sewer installs. You'll be tackling these types of projects head-on throughout Queenstown / Central Otago.

Role:

This role is for a skilled and experienced drainage foreman who has a sound background in running their own projects in the top end of the civil drainage space. As an expert in your field, you will have a proven ability to run teams and projects effectively and efficiently while achieving outstanding results, all while taking pride in a job well done.

Your work ethic and personality are extremely important to finding success in this role. Your team will be knowledgeable in the civil space, yet need a leader to steady the ship.

This role is a hands-on position leading the pack from the front and also, when short-staffed, not being afraid of getting your hands dirty in the trenches with the lads.

What we are looking for:

Proven leadership skills & experience in civil infrastructure projects
Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail and hunger to deliver successful outcomes
WTR, Class 2 or above, and Drainage tickets are a must-have
A problem solver with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
