Job Title: Compliance Manager
At Farm Manager SA, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all accreditations and compliance requirements are met.
The estimated salary for this position is R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- We are looking for a professional with excellent planning and organisational skills to manage our compliance program.
- Responsibilities include capturing compliance-related documents and procedures, generating reports for feedback to the Manager, conducting internal audits, and ensuring that non-conformances are raised and followed up.
- You will also be responsible for coordinating compliance audit schedules and ensuring good communication on all levels.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification such as a Bachelor's degree in a field such as Business Administration or Law.
- Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in the agricultural industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
