Your tasks:
Achieve sales targets for MVTec Taiwan, driving new customer acquisition and expanding the existing customer base.
Lead the local sales team, establishing and growing MVTec Taiwan as a successful subsidiary.
Develop and implement the sales strategy in collaboration with the HQ sales team and ensure effective execution.
Independently generate leads, identify business opportunities, and manage complex customer relationships.
Work closely with HQ teams on sales processes, reporting, and event participation.
Build a strong understanding of MVTec's software products, brand and market applications in Taiwan.
You require:
Proven leadership skills in managing large and small accounts as well as a team of experienced sales managers.
Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in machine vision or related technologies.
Successful sales track record overachieving sales targets and winning new customers.
Experience in contract negotiations and offer management.
Technical interest in machine vision software and the ability to independently generate business opportunities.
Fluent in Taiwanese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ideally experienced in working within an international company.
Experience in establishing and leading local branches, ideally with knowledge of the Taiwanese market.
Willingness to travel up to 60%.
