Pay: £12.00 per hour PAYE
Hours: 37.5 per week

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Materials Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, locating, and maintaining records of goods using a stock management system.
- Supplying materials to production lines, and coordinating with purchasing and quality teams to address potential shortages.
- Picking, kitting, and packing items for dispatch to customers.
- Ensuring shipments are accurately labeled and prepared for delivery.
- Supporting a safe and efficient warehouse environment through best practices.
This is a physically active role that involves manual handling and lifting.
About You
We re looking for someone who:
- Is highly customer-focused, ensuring a positive first impression of our products.
- Has experience in logistics, picking, and packing.
- Is computer literate and understands material transactions.
- Possesses strong attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy skills.
- Adopts an organized, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
- Thrives in a team environment and can multitask effectively.
- (Desirable) Holds a forklift license.
