Full Job Description
Young, dynamic, hard-working chef needed for a casual dining restaurant serving simple foods well. This polished establishment is looking for a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager.
The chef should have a stable employment history, contactable references, and own transport to and from work. Must live within a reasonable travel distance and have a passion for the industry. The chef should be well organized, able to lead and train junior staff, run an a la carte kitchen, and manage small events.
Salary: R30,000 - R35,000.00 with a 13th cheque.
