Key Responsibilities1. Website Development
- Design and develop custom WordPress websites for small businesses using the Divi Builder.
- Integrate and configure WooCommerce to create seamless e-commerce experiences.
- Optimise websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
2. Website Maintenance
- Perform regular updates, backups, and security checks on existing WordPress websites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring websites remain functional and up-to-date.
- Implement content updates, design tweaks, and plugin integrations as needed.
3. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into engaging websites.
- Provide guidance on best practices for website usability and functionality.
- Communicate project timelines and progress clearly and professionally.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with WordPress, Divi Builder, and WooCommerce.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for frontend customisation.
- A keen eye for design and user experience.
- Familiarity with website performance optimisation and SEO best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with small business clients.
- Knowledge of additional WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor).
- Basic understanding of PHP for advanced WordPress customisations.
