Post: Credit Controller
Post Reports to: Credit Control Supervisor
Location: Head Office (Ottery, Cape Town)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Timely and effective collection of all debts as per Age Analysis.
- Allocation of payments.
- Reconciling of debtors statements.
- Communicate to all debtors on overdue accounts.
- Reporting (extracting information from Age Analysis).
- To liaise professionally with external/internal stakeholders such as patients, Medical Aid Schemes, and Hospital Staff.
- Deadline Driven.
- Target Driven.
- High attention to detail.
- Team Player.
- Takes initiative.
- Ability to handle pressure.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Experience in GoodX and Medemass (Elixir Live) system advantageous.
- 2-3 years experience in a Credit Control role preferred.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Medical Aid guidelines/rules/benefits (advantageous).
