Your Role: As a Revit Draughtsman, you will:
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D models of building services systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical layouts.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Maintain and update Revit models throughout project lifecycles, adhering to company standards and BIM protocols.
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Revit and associated software.
- Create accurate technical drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and software developments.
What Were Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in Revit modeling and drafting, specifically for building services projects.
- A solid understanding of MEP systems and their integration within buildings.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
- Familiarity with BIM Level 2 standards and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
