Job Responsibilities
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Social Media Management - Content: Development, Compile & Copywriting/editing (social media, email, newsletters, projects, etc.).
- Research National Related Trends & Industry/Market Related Trends and implementation.
- Competitor Analysis - per brand.
- Campaign/Brand Management Support - CMO strategy implementation.
- Feedback and task management and can work under pressure.
- Reporting and Analysis.
- Effective teamwork and self-management (requires minimal supervision) / proactive.
- Administrative Support.
- Understanding of Zoho apps - from digital to CRM & Nifty as a project management tool.
Requirements
- Bcom Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1 year of general marketing experience / Proven experience in marketing or a related role (internships or previous positions are beneficial).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms). Design apps: Canva, Google Workspace, LinkedIn and Facebook, Instagram, X, GMB, etc. knowledge and experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for working in a multi-brand, collaborative environment.
