Our client in the Oil and Gas industry is looking for the services of a Project Manager with full HR Systems implementation experience on a 6 month contract.
- End to end experience implementing systems such as (Cornerstone/Workday/Success Factors or similar)
- Plan and implement HR projects in line with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and risks effectively.
- Drive change management initiatives for new HR programs.
- Estimated start date approximately mid January 2025.
- Working model is 1 week in office and 1 week remote.
- Candidates to complete a Conflict of Interest form.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager.
